Glass artist Callahan McVay, from Whidbey Island in Northern Washington state, has been been garnering some noteworthy press over the past 6 months. Besides having his work grace the cover of the Whidbey Island Telecom phonebook for the previous year, Callahan was featured in an article by The Herald newspaper of Snohomish County, WA . Highlighting the yearly open studio tour on Whidbey Island, the article features photos of Callahan's studio and mentions his love of swing music!
